Quality beats quantity question

Hello.

 

I know the trophy requires all 50 waves of guerrilla mode to be completed on the same map and difficulty but do those waves have to be completed in order? Or if I do wave 14 to 50 then wave 1 to 13 all on the same map and difficulty I'll still get the trophy?

Don't know if you still need this answer or not, but I'm pretty sure they must all be completed in order (I've seen that on guides but haven't completed it so I cannot confirm)
