HankValentine
The codes for the safes are nearby and needed as collectibles, so they're good to get. But I only get them once I've unlocked the safe, I'm really enjoying just doing them by ear haha. Anybody else?
nrgjak
I did the same with the first safe, I didn't think about the code being nearby. I just listened to every click, it was fun!
Juzota
Oh, I didn't even knew you could do that. Nice detail.
igs63
I came to this thread to agree- but initially thought that you meant it compared to the first game- where you found the note with the combo and then it just opened. I am really enjoying finding the notes with the codes and then getting to put it in myself- same goes for the keypads and etc too. But I had no idea you could listen for the clicks if you didn't know the code already, that's awesome!
ShahinMiah
Had no idea this was a thing! What incredible detail Naughty Dog have paid attention to. Honestly, it's the more subtle and smaller finer details in games like this that makes a game so beautiful and amazing to play
ain_sr
Thanks to your post I tried it. And it's working amazingly. What a great attention to detail! People might have problems with the story but no one can argue with their top quality gameplay, graphics, level design etc...
MohandGamer7
I enjoyed exploring for collectibles by myself instead of a guide
Spamlynguist
I didn't before but after seeing your thread a couple of days ago I tried it myself and really enjoyed doing it that way! Much more satisfying than looking around for clues.
da-Noob123
No way that is awesome, I somehow overlooked the code for the very first safe and missed it after falling through the ceiling. Had I known I could crack it the old fashioned way I might have given it a shot.
