She encountered an issue were she plasters over a fault, but this blotched area cannot be painted over and looks a mess. We can’t find a solution online (no, she isn’t trying to paint it the same colour as the existing wall, and can’t demolish as it’s an external wall). Anyone encountered this problem? DreddPirateRobb Posted July 29, 2020 Share Posted July 29, 2020 I had this problem briefly and it turned out there was a very small patch on the wall that needed to be plastered over before I could paint.
