I can't load my save

I deleted the game yesterday, I make a mistake, and today when I try to load the save it pop a message.

"In order to load this save data, the game must be fully installed"

And I installed the update and I don't know what to do.

Maybe it's some sort of situation similar to Bloodborne. I'd suggest to boot up the game, wait around 30 minutes on the main menu, THEN load your save data.

Thanks and sorry for my late answer.

After trying everything I remembered the situation with Bloodborne and I try the same, start a new game, advance until I could save, then quit the game, load that save, quit again and then, I could load my save.

I forgot to write here, sorry, and I won't delete the topic, if anyone suffer the same and need to know what to do.
