DeepEyes7
This collection looks nice, instead of buying all of them alone you can buy this collection and have a plat! The trophy list looks good, finishing all games, some of them with certain chars... There is 2 gold trophies for a "Link Slash" on SS IV and a "Fatal Slash" on SS IV-VS... Not too versed on SS, it is too difficult? This games has online features but it seems there is no online trophies... Lucky me! nrs1nrs1
old SamSho can be fairly obtuse in terms of mechanics and getting the specific character endings, if anything it'll be a lot of tabbing over to look up the trophy requirements.
Popular Post ShonenCat
I’m quite surprised there are no online trophies, especially when it has rollback netcode. Still, no complaints there I can see beating one of the games on the highest difficulty to be quite bothersome. However, I’m sure choosing the right game and the right character with a good cheese method is ideal. Hopefully you’re aloud infinite continues as well. SNK boss syndrome does not mess around ?

SNK boss syndrome does not mess around Step 1 : Pick Mina the archer girl and SamSho V Step 2 : Jump and attack to shoot, the AI can't handle airborne attacks Step 3 : Enjoy the shiny trophy the best kind of cheese. Played through all of them, NeoGeo version. The list is pretty easy, thank god no online trophies (SNK can't do online to save their lives). The only tricky trophy would be getting to Mizuki in SamSho V, that means getting through all the arcade and 3 bosses without dying. Even on easiest difficulty, SNK Boss syndrome will show up here in all its glory. Also SamSho 3 is not that great and has inflated artificial difficulty.
Ptirle
Thank God for this collection, can't wait for it. Btw, trophy images are not so great and they didn't include Basara in them. Shame. Edited July 27, 2020 by Ptirle
NeoStrayCat
Well, to be fair, the list is fairly easy, and yes, you can use the save state and option settings to your liking, especially using the save function mostly since you can use them to get the character specific trophies on each games last stage. (Though you'll have to intentionally lose and continue to pick a different character.) That, and you'll want to map the Heavy Slash to a face button in SS1, 2, and V/SP (3 and 4 already maps it to a face button), since you'll be using that a lot to deal high damage. That, and most of the time, the CPU is susceptible to jumping HS (and close ranged throws), unless they don't block/evade it, that is. Some of the misc. trophies may have complex conditions, but they can be usually found either in the character's move list, or through the game history and usually there's a hint section on how to do certain things such as how to fight Kuroko in SS2 or how to perform a Link Slash in SS4. Oh, and BTW, vanilla SS 5 is easier to get the Lv.8 (hardest diffculty) trophy considering some cheese strats, saving at specific times, and you can set the rounds to whatever you like. (1 for you, and 5 for the CPU, lol. Though you'll have to win 2 rounds in the final stage in that one.) Apparently I've gotten really bad at Samurai Shodown over the past 20+ years and will need all the help I can get for this one. ? Galford and Genjuro for life! ?
