It's why I'm starting a new backlog list, I eventually will get a PS3 back but for now I'll just be putting my PS4 games on the backlog. When you're going to play Crash Bandicoot, start with the 2nd or 3rd one, if you're not too familiar with them. The first game is the worst and the most difficult of the 3. Thank you for the advice. I definitely was enjoying the first Spyro game a lot. I’m not a 100% sure why I stopped playing it. And I definitely noticed that the first Crash game in particular seems to be the roughest to jump into first from playthroughs and personal experience. Though one I forgot to have in my last update lol It Takes Two Power Couple This game was an absolute joy to play. My fiance managed had convinced me to play it because we are always looking for games we can enjoy together. The story was full of funny, thought provoking, and what the hell moments. This is a great game to play with your significant other. Eventide: Slavic Fable Platinum There isn't much to say other than it is definitely a Artifex Mundi hidden object game. I went from having 47 plats to now having 56. 2021 actually marks the most plats I have earned in a year which is pretty awesome. Without further ado let's check out all the games I have platted Nightmares From the Deep: The Cursed Heart #48 Another Artifex Mundi game (I want to play and plat a lot of them), I honestly love pirates themed games. This is a play on the Davy Jones legend and I think they did a pretty great job of it. It's a really simple plat as Artifex Mundi games are, but I think the list suites them. it kinda encourages one to try different styles of gameplay and to collect the little totems in the game. Ghost Files: Memory of a Crime #49 So to be completely honest, this one is kinda of a meh hidden object game. I feel like they are trying to get the same feel of a cop show and fell short unfortunately. That said it's not a bad story, it just needed a little something extra to make a more compelling story God of War 2018 #50 This game is so good. admittedly I was a bit worried that the change wouldn't work as well as it could but I was very pleasantly surprised. This is an amazing direction for God of War to go and I'm very excited for Ragnarok. There was definitely some very challenging parts of the game. Spoiler The Valkeries were very polished fights I enjoyed the hell out of them, but the Queen Valkerie definitely gave me a run for my money, It was so satisfying to defeat her I would say the down fall of this game is how much there is to collect post game. I got quite a bit of it before the games conclusion but I still had a lot of backtracking to get a lot of the collectibles. I also wish there were more enemy types to fight. Past those small complaints the game was absolutely amazing Donut County #51 This is game is pretty cute lol and the humor of it was so enjoyable. Some of the trophies for this game are actually really neat Scarlett Mysteries: Cursed Child #52 This is a pretty good title, I really like the Victorian style of this game Eventide 2: Sorcerer:s Mirror #53 This one is kinda of an odd ball in the Artifex Mundi games as it actually has choice based actions and trophies related to it. I love mythos and their various creatures so this series is definitely up my aisle and it doesn't disappoint A Way Out #54 I really didn't what to expect when me and my husband started to play this but it really out did any expectations I coulda had. This game is really creative and fun. It story is so compelling and keeps you at the edge of your sit, I recommend giving this game a try if you haven't already Demon Hunter 3: Revelation #55 This kinda has the same vibe as Enigmatis but darker (both figuratively and literally), It was a pretty neat little story Dreamwalker: Never Fall Asleep #56 The concept of this game is pretty neat and I feel like they handle it pretty well, I would definitely recommend this one if you have a soft spot for this hidden objects games. And that all I have earned since my last update. I did get a few games and I need to update my list some but I put a decent little dent in my backlog. I hope to keep the same energy that I had last year with trophy hunting, I have a goal of this year getting past Platinum 75 and hopefully getting my completion rate over 40% this year. Without further ado: #57 Nightmares From the Deep 2: The Siren's Call #58 Clockwork Tales: Of Glass and Ink #59 Grim Legends 2: Song of the Dark Swan #60 Grim Legends 3: The Dark City #61 Scribblenauts Mega Pack #62 Grim Legends: The Forsaken Bride #63 Cat Quest Getting closer everyday to getting through most of the Artifex Mundi games. Grim Legends is definitely up there as a favorite of mine now, though I still have Engimatis as my favorite of the lot. I picked up a couple more of the games so I'm hoping to go through a large chunk this year. Also I finally got the motivation to go back to Scribblenauts and I picked up Showdown recently as well. The break I took was definitely needed because I burned myself out getting everything in the first game of the pack. It allowed me a chance to properly enjoy the second which was a fun DC comic based game. Cat Quest was a random pickup because I got curious seeing people saying it was a little hidden gem of a game. Plus I love cats and dragons so I figured it would be a good mix for me. And it was, it is such a delightful little game. It was nice to return to it after so unintentionally long. I really want to play Cat Quest 2 sometime in the future. I finally got my backlog fully updated (hopefully) so I now have a better way of seeing the games I want to tackle. I have conflicted about adding the Ps Plus pickups because I don't know if I'll play a lot of them. More than likely I will only add the ones I start. I'm hoping to flesh out the top eventually with little thoughts on the games that I complete but it'll probably be a bit before I do that. I'm happy with how I have been tackling my backlog lately and hope to keep this energy up through the year so I can really get a decent handle on my backlog and finally fully enjoy the games that have been sitting in my backlog for a long while Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
