Popular Post Fanatixa1
Hi everyone, This is my first update for the challenge. I've been away last week so didn't have a lot of game time. I did have time in the first week and have been playing for some time this weekend also! 1. Gris - 0% 2. Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition - 13% --> 46% 3. Guacamelee! 2 - 0% 4. Cuphead - 17% 5. Yakuza 0 - 28% --> 40% 6. Death Stranding - 5% 7. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order - 0% 8. Days Gone - 0% 9. Spiritfarer - 0% --> 7% 10. Medievil - 0% So far no platinum trophies but made good progress. I finished my first playthrough for Guacamelee! Really enjoy the game, it has fun gameplay and good humor. I've started the hard playthrough now and will also 100% the map to get the last trophies. Shouldn't take me too long. I've started Spiritfarer also because I heard so many good things about it. So far I enjoy the game, it's very chill, relaxing, and good to look at. Not sure yet when I'll continue tho because Yakuza 0 has caught my full attention at the moment. I'm not playing the story at the moment but just checking off the 100% completion list and Its a lot of fun! At the moment I'm trying to get the mahjong points out of the way and I'm making some good progress. Not sure how long it will take me to 100% this game but as long as I'm having fun it doesn't really matter.
Popular Post be_minor
The second week is officially in the books, and the updates continue to inspire. We’ve got this, challengers! Update #2: I started the week off strong, completing my favorite Telltale game The Wolf Among Us. It was just as gritty, stylistic, and easy to plat as I remember. Even though I faintly remember the storyline from my initial playthrough years ago, I still enjoyed the occasional twists and misdirects. The rest of the week I spent on a couple of the more grindy games on my list, earning a few trophies in Borderlands 3 and LEGO Marvel Super Heroes. Two of my games received DLC (hence the completion percentage decrease for The Outer Worlds); I plan to still 100% both, even if I don’t necessarily need to for this challenge. Red = Haven’t startedGreen = Some progressBlue = Completed 100% 1. Until Dawn 2. God of War 3. Firewatch 4. Borderlands 3 - 21% ➡️ 22% 5. Spyro the Dragon 6. The Outer Worlds - 6% ➡️ 5% 7. The Wolf Among Us (PS3) 8. Detroit Become Human 9. The Deadly Tower of Monsters 10. Grim Fandango Remastered - 3% 11. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes - 7% ➡️ 21% 12. Final Fantasy VII - 2% Swaps (0/5)
Popular Post ladynadiad
1. Legend of Heroes: Hajimari no Kiseki (71%) 42 out of 53 trophies 2. Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV (releases 10/27 in NA) 0 out of 53 trophies 3. Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes (52%) 37 out of 55 trophies 4. Rune Factory: Tides of Destiny (11%) 8 out of 38 trophies 5. Marenian Tavern Story (0%) 0 out of 50 trophies 6. Labyrinth of Refrain: Coven of Dusk (0%) 0 out of 58 trophies 60 out of 280 trophies earned. 0 out of 6 games completed 1/5 swaps Made some great progress in Sengoku Basara this weekend by finishing up all of the hero stories for the first time. Now I'm on to the long grinding phase that involves playing as each hero at least 4 times, recruiting all allies, obtained all weapons and leveling every hero up to level 100. I'm at 19 out of the 64 needed playthroughs now and have gotten the easy trophies. As it stands I have 3 playthroughs with Ieyasu done, 2 with Oichi and everyone else just has the 1 needed for their trophy. The remaining trophies will be slow going but going to keep on chipping away at this. Also still making progress in Hajimari no Kiseki, just don't have any further trophies to show for it yet. On chapter 4 out of 5 now in my nightmare run and should see some trophies once I hit the last chapter.

I found Hitman a bit boring in comparison to Lara Croft Go which was slightly disappointing because I thought it was a pretty good puzzle game. I also started up Bioshock Infinite which I'm excited about because I adored it on the PS3 and I think it'll be fun and rewarding to plat and 100%. At this point I'm slowly but surely chugging along in the challenge and I'm glad it's bringing me to play some games I've ignored for too long. Happy Hunting! P.S. I'm really enjoying watching the people in this challenge making progress in their lists. I look forward to seeing how everyone does! ?

Popular Post Sword
Friends, Sad update time from me. At the software company I work for (extremely small company, there were only four employees when I joined), we are going through the fallout of an unexpected death of one of our employees. It's created a rift in the company and responsibility is getting shifted around. A large portion of the code has now fallen into my hands and I'm scrambling to try and figure out how it works as fast as possible. This has put tremendous stress on me and everyday I get home I'm just burnt out tired. Currently cannot trophy hunt for the life of me and can barely play my PS4 at all. Pretty much been taking a break for several weeks to try and cope/manage the new workload. The only things I'm doing are playing Clicker Heroes for a few minutes a day and playing Crystal Chronicles with my sister when she gets done at college, which has been a tremendous emotional boost to my life right now. Currently planning to take vacation days at the end of this month to play Genshin Impact. It's my most anticipated game of the upcoming quarter that isn't Cyberpunk 2077, so I'm hoping the extended break and chill time helps reset my mood. Should be back to posting regular updates after the end of the month. For now I just need time to heal and process the unexpected shift in my life. I did earn 6/9 trophies in Crystal Chronicles, so that's about all I can report on. It's something I suppose. Edit: Forgot my list. Color Code: Red = Game not started. Green = Game is in progress. Popular Post Stanners316
Update #1: 1. Up (PS3) - 22% ➡️ 76% 2. Persona 5 (PS4) - 26% 3. Borderlands 3 (PS4) - 23% {NEW} Rise of the Tomb Raider (PS4) - 17% 5. Layers of Fear: Masterpiece Edition (PS4) - 0% 6. The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 (PS4) - 0% Best join in with my 1st update! I haven't been gaming much recently, and what I was playing wasn't on my list so I thought I'd add it. Rise of the Tomb Raider wouldn't usually be a 100% contender for me because the 7.34% rarity worries me, but I was convinced by a friend that survivor difficulty is doable. For someone who doesn't do hard modes, I'm finding it alright so far and I'm a decent way through. Invaluable tips from my mate have helped like,"you'll get stuck and you'll get pissed off, but then you'll remember the poison arrows and everything will be fine." Still, the fact that I'm relatively bossing survivor mode is both surprising and exciting. In terms of quality, I enjoyed the 1st Tomb Raider reboot, but this one is only equally enjoyable. It hasn't really gone further. Saying that, the Baba Yaga DLC was fairly good and I'm looking forward to the Croft Manor stuff. I'm still sitting on the fence even though I've played quite a bit. I really don't know what to say about Up. About 4 years ago, me and the same mate (I promise I have more than one) had a trophy hunting session in his living room. I was mainly helping him (fairly funny memories of Terminator Salvation co-op) but when he went on to Megamind, I started Up. Because I wasn't a trophy hunter then per se, I played it, realised it was shite, and then left it. Well, there's no getting away from it now. It's still shite. In fact, this is my 3rd backlog challenge and I can safely say it's the worst game out of all of my lists. I know, i know it's for a child, but I usually like this mindless stuff and it's just so dull. I'm not even done with it yet either, Christ. Other bits...I recently picked up a copy of Deadly Premonition for my growing PS3 collection. I'll be replaying that gem and watching Twin Peaks alongside. Why? Because it's really weird and I fancy it. I enjoy my daily catch up to see how everyone's getting on. @Sword That's not nice to hear mate. I hope you get the time you need to grieve and adjust, and enjoy your time off when it comes. Take care all ? I ended at a pretty unfortunate time last time, hence why my progress seems small. In reality, I did some work on Ride 2 (went from 215 tokens to be collected to 170), and continued my career in F1. I'm currently halfway my second season ,and pretty close to finishing it. However, like often in JRPGs, the last trophies will pop close to each other. Normally I would've done something on the PS3, but first I got sucked into Nascar 14, which then promptly crashed on me, leaving me disgusted enough to not play anything for three days. Couple that with the fact that we're nearing the end of the Tour de France, a sports event I always watch, I didn't really find THAT much time. @Sword That sounds awful mate, sorry for your loss. Popular Post AuroraHistoire
Running But I'm Not Fast Enough I've mainly been playing Rabi-Ribi and a bit of Witcher 3 while making a little bit of progress in a couple of other games. The Rabi-Ribi progress was mostly some minor stuff and a boss rush was completed. I have been working very hard on the speedrun but that has not materialized into a trophy yet. I have learned a lot of cool tricks and hidden game mechanics during my many failed attempts. Witcher 3 is like Final Fantasy 9; I spend more time challenging everyone to cards then playing the actual game. The actual game is pretty good so far. After the tutorial, most of the quests and enemies are too high level for me. It hasn't been too much of problem since I've been able to defeat enemies so high level they had a skull next to their life bar; it took twenty minutes of stabbing and all my equipment was broken by the end of it. I'd pick on enemies and do quests more appropriate to my level but I can't find any. That minor problem will probably buff itself out in time, hopefully. Popular Post Xenoblast91
UPDATE 1.0.: Let’s go, buddies! Half September and a lot of announces and news have been shown as today’s PS5’s event gave us a glimpse of what’s coming. Interesting that the console will be on stores in the middle of this challenge. This motivates me to hit harder and stick to the plan; so far I’ve been playing one of my side project games (which, if you’re curious, I’ll let them on a section apart here), but without neglecting the commitment done here. I mentioned Hyper Scape before as wanting to change it, but honestly I pushed forward and got the 100% even before the challenge started; is an incredible game and I like it for its mechanics, but the trophies were a pain, not going to lie. Especially those involving the crown were you must win a match without killing, and then kill 2 people who have it. Insane, but I found a team, and we were committed to the end and the 3 of us got it. It was a satisfactory experience to beat a game like this before the developers in fact made the trophies harder. Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered – 0%➡100% Final Fantasy XV Multiplayer: Comrades – 0% Final Fantasy VII [OG] – 0% Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 – 0% Assassin's Creed Origins – 0% Lego Marvel’s Super Heroes 2 – 0% Psychonauts – 0% Doom Eternal – 0% Star Wars Battlefront II – 0% Cuphead – 0% _______________________________________________________________ Side project: GTA V – 0%➡19% GT Sport – 0% The Last of Us – 0%➡32% Hollow Knight – 0% COD MWR has been the only one I’ve touched lately. And what a lovely experience overall. I played it briefly during its glorious times on Xbox 360 back in 2008, but finally I can appreciate the gem this game stands for. The definition of a Call of Duty and the one that made the franchise alive and the monster is today. Also, is noteworthy to say that the remastered version has good graphics and the newest MW (the Warzone one) is the actual remake rather than this one, and makes justice to its original source, as it also boom the internet and the player base by far. What a sad thing that it lacks a trophy list. I played it slowly and paced, ‘because I wanted to sync the Platinum with the Independence Day of my country. I like to give that touch to my trophies so, why not? Well, this is everything by the moment. I plan to retake TLOU and finishing it as I left it at the end of the last challenge. However, I’m very unclear about which game to pick up next, but as the announcement for FFXVI, I guess the logical option is to do the Multiplayer: Comrades. But I’ll decide in the following days, as I want to take a break since I feel heavily burnt out as playing straight all this time (I know, you guys play way more and look at you, fresh as a lettuce!). This is my report at the moment. Let’s see what September give us, and wake me up until it ends, as future seems promising and with light despite the mess this year has proven to be. As always, I wish you happy hunting, send you good vibes and stay good! ✌️ Edited October 9, 2020 by Xenoblast91
Popular Post Draps-1337
Alright, I'm finally on holiday! I finished Shenmue 2 and started playing Final Fantasy 7 Remake and it's pretty damn good. I'm almost finished the first playthrough, doing all side quests along the way. Looking to finish the playthrough today and start working on the hard playthrough, which should be a bit shorter as I won't have to do all the side quest just a few for the dresses. hoping to knock a few more games out before my holiday from work is over. Popular Post dylansko
Update #3 I finally picked up a Move controller and a little plastic gun holder for it and man did I have a fun time with House of the Dead 4. Just thinking about all the quarters I could have saved back in the day in the arcade if I had my #eliteskillz of today. And a nice new shiny ultra rare for my troubles doesn't hurt. Backbreaker continues to kick my ass and I've played a lot of football games lately but Backbreaker is a very hard game. Really fun, physics-based football that is such a refresher from the schlock of annual modern Madden but it's turned me into Baker Mayfield the way I'm tossing picks and fumbling the ball. Absolutely dreading having to come back to Season's After Fall. Just a boring, boring dull game that just does nothing for me. Pretty disappointed in myself I got it on sale and thought it would be a quick plat with some nice art. It actually just sucks but hey a trophy is a trophy, right? Until next time, happy hunting Bold = Completed Backbreaker (84%) House of The Dead 4 (100%) House of The Dead 3 (100%) House of The Dead: Overkill (0%) Season’s After Fall (24%) Alien: Isolation (14%) Psychonaunts (11%) Metal Gear 3 (8%) Manhunt (3%) Shenmue 3 (0%) Gundam Breaker 3 (35%) PGA 2k21 (100%) Madden 11 (0%) Nier (0%) Spec Ops: The Line (22%) Root Letter (100%) PaRappa The Rapper (100%) Sega Bass Fishing (100%) Edited September 19, 2020 by dylansko
Popular Post Hiyo_Rain
I just realized I forgot to update on Sunday, whoops! Uncanny Valley – 0% The LEGO Ninjago Movie Video Game – 0% Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter – 0% MediEvil – 0% -> 100% Hakuoki Edo Blossoms – 0% Far Cry Classic – 0% -> 24% Ghost of Tsushima – 0% Mr. Massagy – 0% Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition – 0% Update 2! MediEvil is now complete! I’m working on Far Cry Classic now that that’s done. (It was going to be Ghost first but some stuff happened, and I’d rather work on a game where I wouldn’t have to worry about forgetting what’s going on in the story right now.) Far Cry Classic has some roughhhh controls. I know it’s a console port of a game that’s over 15 years old at this point, but man. They did not make things easy in terms of the controls. Gonna be avoiding cars like the plague because the steering is just that awful. Hopefully it plays fine with other things, but trying to get the vehicle related trophies sucked. I’m not looking forward to the no equipped weapons trophy… Or having to do the keep Val alive trophy. I am also adding Mr. Massagy, which is the joke game I picked for my 69th plat coming right after Far Cry Classic as my 68th, and Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition, which I had just enough wiggle room to add in before I have to focus on my 75th plat milestone. I will not be adding anything else until after I finish Persona 5, which is the game I have planned for #75 and has too high a completion percentage to be included in this challenge.
Popular Post Wild-Arms-R
Log 009: Got tru Ep.2 m6-Ep.3 m4 tonight. And even tho Nightmare can be pretty broke at times, I think Im seeing the kind of appeal it could have. I think the Devs at Nerve Softwere(the ppl who did this port, along with Doom II) Made this trophy for the Hardcore Doom players. Like the speed runners, the Doom Vets. Becuse it really is a speed run mode of sorts. You have to memorize the levels by heart to stand a good chance of making tru each one. Gotta know every secert, enemy placement, what route to take and all that stuff I dont know cus I didnt grow up on Doom. lol Speaking of that, Doom came out the year I was born, now that shit makes me feel like a relic of the past?? I think ill have that platinum by the next log. So stay tuned, will I not suck and max out a game everyone and thier brother has beaten. Or will I be forever Doomed.?
