Any info on the game?

I found this game in "Applications" section in PS Store out of all places and was curious about it since I thought this was a delisted title. And there are only 3 achievers of 100% completion and under 100 owners (prob bottom 10 overall on the site in terms of PS3 owners). So I know that there's a pretty low chance of any answers, but I can try

 

1. Is Super Journey Pack the DLC that allows me to get Mysterious Journey DLC trophies?

 

2. Trophy "Survivor" requires you to receive all gold medals in the Survive multiplayer mode. Is that MP mode something like couch co-op or servers that are down (or not)?

 

3. Are any of the trophies glitchy?

 

4. Does anyone else see the game?

 

I'm really interested in the game now, but don't wanna risk losing 100% account, so I'll wait for answers before starting (if there will be any)
