Question In Regards To The Silent Assassin Trophy

Both guides I've looked at both say the same thing in regards to both Silent Assassin (stealth kill 5 enemies) and Carry The Team (revive your partner 5 times): basically adds up throughout the game, that it all doesn't have to be done at once. Well I can tell you one thing for sure, the trophy for reviving your partner most certainly DOES have to be 5 times in the same level. From the first chapter up until the second to the last chapter I had revived my retarded AI partner 8 times - no trophy. The second I revived him exactly 5 times in the same level sure enough it unlocked. I don't know how they managed to do it the way they did but that's not how it happened in my game.

 

The question I have is I'm assuming Silent Assassin is the same damn way seeing how I've already stealth killed 7 enemies throughout the entirety of the game and the trophy has yet to unlock so where the hell is it even possible to pull off 5 stealth kills in the same level?
