At first I was receiving them from "Verify" & "INFOmessage", but after some point I started getting them from local phones(in my case +30 69....) and it's not always the same... ? Also, I think it started after I tried to use a third-party app(PS Trophies) from Google Play which asks you login on PSN within the app. Not sure if they are actually related, but it was long time ago.
