is the DLC trophy Mode Master glitched?

in the DLC Amplified, I just completed the trophy Story Mode!

And I've completed the rest of the requirements of the trophy Mode Master, but it didn't pop up for me  Any thoughts why?

 

this game crashed about 7 times and corrupted my save data but I have restored the save file using PS plus. that's something I think may be causing the issue.

 

I will try to redo all the challenges besides Story Mode, hopefully Mode Master trophy will pop then.

 

any suggestions is appreciated too

 

Edit: it worked out, the trophy popped once I redone three of the challenges (Hard Mode, Phasing Mode, No return Mode)

 

if it's not related to me restoring the save file from PS plus I think it maybe because I installed and uninstalled the DLC several times

Good to hear it worked. If your save corrupts before you get the trophy then it's very likely it's wiped your progress in some of the other modes. The same thing happened to me, my save corrupted and I restored it, then had to do every mode again after clearing story mode to get the trophy.
