First time playing review

It's not often I say this but WOW!! I've had this game for a while in my backlog (this is a new profile with focus being on backlog then stuff I've played numerous times) but only last night played it. From pretty much the start my anxiety shot up. The jumpscares were brilliant, I had my hairs on my arms standing up, goosebumps, moments of dread, a few "F**k this s**t I'm out" moments when facing the ghost. I now hate dolls, painting and grammar phones!! I felt like I had gone through quite the emotional rollercoaster by the time I reached the end of my initial playthrough. I highly recommend this game to anyone who hasn't played it who read this post. Trust me if you want a change from the usual sort of horror game I do believe this is it. Great job from the devs ?? tomorrow it's onto the 'Inheritance DLC' then 'Layers Of Fear 2' and I cannot wait to see what surprises they bring.
