Platinum Walkthrough (Spoilers!)

Here is a walkthrough that will net you all trophies in one playthrough! There are quite a few missable trophies in this game. But with this guide you will net all of them!

 

Apartment

 

As soon as the game starts, walk to one of the doors and take a shower. Press x to skip and you will earn the ‘Hate Steam’ trophy. Take another shower but don’t skip and let the scene play out and you will earn the ‘Love Steam’ trophy. Go over to the terminal next to the bed and interact with it. Now go over to the terminal next to the window and activate the teleport machine. Then step inside the machine. Once you step inside you will earn the ‘The Fly’ trophy. Make your way to the centre of the square room and pick up the robot. Carry the robot back to the teleport machine and go back to the starting room. Press triangle on the screen in front of you and drag the main orange circle to the ctrl green square. Next drag the ctrl green square to the backup orange circle. Next drag the backup orange circle to the memory bank 0x04 green circle. This will earn you the ‘Hacker’ trophy. Back out of this screen and enter the door on the far left wall and enter the flying car.

 

Nowhere

 

You steer the flying car with the left analogue stick and fire with R2. About 10-15 seconds into the journey there will be a red billboard on top of a building on the left. Fire at it to knock it down. This will earn you the ‘Naughty Girl’ trophy. You will then come to a section where you have to blow up some mines. Make sure you blow up all of these mines to earn the ‘Do not bother me’ trophy. Once you land, go down the elevator to the left. Once it reaches the bottom, interact with the robot on the right and choose yes. This will kill you but will also earn you the ‘Try it’ trophy. Once you respawn, go back down the elevator and go through the door. 

 

Reception Area

 

Go to the door at the very end of the corridor and interact with the intercom to the right of the door. Once the dialogue has finished you will earn the ‘First contact’ trophy. Go through the door. This area i will call the main room. You will be coming here a lot throughout the game. So if i say go back to the main room, it means just come back here. Next interact with the orange terminal. Drag all four orange circles to the green circle to create four green lines (this opens up all the doors in the previous area). Go back to the previous area and go through the second door on the right. Pick up the nippers from the shelf on the right. Use the nippers on the cylinder like object behind you and grab the red wire which fell off it. Next to the cylinder on the other shelf is a fuse. Pick it up. Exit the room and then go through the second door on the right. Turn left and enter 3613 in the keypad and press ok. Open the medical box and pick up both objects inside. Turn around and pick up the Access key “Fire” on the floor in front of the spider and use it in the inventory. Select the fire ammo by pressing the left directional button. You can press L2 and R2 to aim and fire. Fire at the four fire extinguishers to blow all of them up. Exit the room and go to the room to the left (the one with the cobwebs) and get rid of the cobwebs by firing at them. Go inside and pick up the Access Card - Office card. Now exit and go to the second door on the left. Fire at the ice on the pipe to the right. Then insert the red wire into the side of the generator to the left. Interact with the generator and click the start button to turn it on. This will earn you the ‘Got power’ trophy. Go to the main room and interact with the card machine next to the main office door and insert the Access Card - Office card and go through the door.

 

Main Office

 

Go through the door on the right and blow up the fire extinguisher to the right on the wall. Exit and go through the opposite door and blow up another fire extinguisher to the right on the wall. Exit the room, turn left and go down the narrow corridor to the right. An enemy will spawn called the illusion. Walk into the illusion to get yourself killed and earn the ‘Fear can kill’ trophy. Once you respawn you need to blow up both of the fire extinguishers again in both rooms. Once that is done, go to the far end of the corridor straight ahead and set all the boxes on fire by firing at them. This will reveal a door. Go through the door and set both boxes on fire on the floor to reveal a card. Pick up the Access Card - Small prototype testing room card and exit the room. Interact with the access panel on the right and insert the card. Go through the door and pick up the Access Card - programmable card on the shelf on the left. Insert this card into the control panel in the corner of the room. Then interact with the screen and drag the yellow Lab circle to the other yellow circle on the bottom right. Back out and pick the card back up out of the machine. Just before you exit this room, blow up the two fire extinguishers beside the door. Go through the door straight ahead. This will spawn an illusion. Wait outside the door for about 20 seconds and it will come out of the room and disappear. Try not to get yourself killed. Go back inside the room and kill the enemy on the left with 3-4 shots. Blow up the 3 fire extinguishers in this room. Go back to the main room and go through the Lab area door by inserting the access card into the control panel next to the door.

 

Lab Area

 

Go right and go through the second door. Kill the enemy standing behind the door and pick up a piece of wax under the hand dryer. Exit the room and head left, passing the entrance and go through the first door on the left. Enter 5209 in the keypad and press ok. Go through the door and pick up the big red bottle on the table to the right called Delta 4. Then in the corner of the room is a table with a dead enemy on it. Next to the corpse is an Access key “Cold”. Pick it up and use it in the inventory. Then blow up the two fire extinguishers next to the door. This will earn you the ‘Fire extinguisher’ trophy. Go through the door in front of you and kill the enemy behind the water. Don’t go through the water as it will kill you. Sometimes i wasn’t able to kill this enemy. If this happens, just run past him. Select the cold ammo using the up directional button and fire at the pipe to freeze it. Place the wax on top of one of the boxes under the pipe and then select the fire ammo and fire at the pipe. This will melt away the wax to reveal a key. Freeze the pipe again. Then pick up the key. This will also earn you the ‘Smart Girl’ trophy. Go into the next room to the right and go to the far corner of the room next to the boxes. Some dialogue will appear and this will earn you the ‘So strange’ trophy. Make your way back through the rooms until you get to the long corridor. Head left and go through the first door on the left. Go to the area on the right and pick up the acid battery on the shelf. Make your way back to the long corridor and walk left and then go through the open door opposite the red doors. Go to the end of the walkway and insert the battery in to the electrical box and head down on the elevator. There is an illusion down here so be careful and avoid it. There is a locked cell to the right. Interact with the door and place the Delta 4. Stand back and blow up the cell door by firing at it with the fire ammo. Inside is an Access key - “Water”. Pick it and use it in the inventory. To the right of the elevator is an enemy. Kill it. Then select the water ammo using the right directional button and fire at the fan to make it wet. Next select the cold ammo by using the up directional button and fire at the fan again. This will stop the fan. Go under the fan and pick up the Access Card - Warehouse card. Now make your way back up the elevator and back to the main room. Go to the warehouse area door and use the keycard and go through the door. 

 

Warehouse Area

 

Go down the stairs and use the water ammo to stop the forklift from spinning. Turn around and insert the fuse into the panel on the wall. Then interact with the bigger panel next to it. Press buttons 1, 3, 5, 6 and then press the red button. Kill the flying robot with water in the corner of the room near the two panels. Then go in the opening and pick up the lever. Now go past the forklift and interact with the conveyor belt. It will show a wolf and you will earn the ‘Someone is watching’ trophy. Go back up the stairs and interact with the little yellow panel at the top of the stairs to the left. You need to position the crane over the blue box on top of the body and then lower the crane. This will lift the blue box and you can then go and pick up the Access Card - Test Area card next to the body. Once you have done that, leave the room and return to the main room. Go through the Test Area door by using the access card next to the door.

 

Test Area

 

Enter the first door on the left and kill the two spiders under the desk. Then pick up the Access key “Grav” from the shelf on the right and use it in the inventory. Exit the room and enter the second door on the right. Kill the enemy which is inside and select the gravity ammo with the down directional button and aim and fire (holding R2) at the blue box and move it out of the way. Now you can grab the Valve. Exit the room and return to the main room. Once you are back in the main room, enter the Employee Area. 

 

Employee Area

 

Once in the Employee Area, go all the way to the end and kill the big spider just inside the door with the water ammo. Place the valve in the empty slot on the pipe on the left and interact with it to let the water in the pool rise. Freeze the water in the pool using the cold ammo and collect the Red Card. Now head back out of this room. Go back down the corridor and use the gravity ammo on the red box blocking the doorway to make the path clear so you can enter the room. Just as you enter the room, go into the right corner and use the Lever on the pipe and interact with it. Then talk to the boy inside the showers. Once all dialogue has finished and the scene has ended you will earn the ‘Kind’ trophy. Now head back to the main room and go back to the warehouse area. 

 

Warehouse Area

 

There will be a few spiders in here now so be careful and take them out if necessary. There will also be another enemy near the boxes. Head down the staira and use the gravity ammo on the red box in front of you and pick up the Bolt Cutter. Now head back to the main room and enter the Test Area.

 

Test Area

 

Move the blue box from in front of the Test 1 Room door and enter the room. Kill the spider inside. Now you need to use the gravity ammo on the blue box and swing it over the low wall and position it on top of the big red button. This may take a few tries as the controls aren’t very good. Try and do it at an angle. Once it is on the red button, the gate will open. Go through the gate and move the other blue box on top of the fire so you can walk across. Sometimes the blue box will get stuck and the fire won’t go out. If that happens, get yourself killed to restart the checkpoint. Before you walk across, use the gravity ammo on one of the yellow exploding barrels in the previous room and move the barrel through the gate, over the fire and put it next to the glass barrier. Now blow it up using the fire ammo. Now to the left of the conveyor belt is a set of cogs. Use the water ammo on the cogs, then the cold ammo to stop the cogs. Now you can walk across the conveyor belt. Once you get to the gate, use the water ammo on the control box to open the gate. The lights will go off now so it will be very dark. So press R1 to turn on your flashlight. Kill the enemy to your left and use the bolt cutters on the door to enter. This can sometimes be quite tricky as i sometimes got insta killed even when no enemies were around me. You go through the tunnels and reach the train. There are two groups of spiders and another enemy. I found it best to just run past the spiders and then quickly kill the big enemy. Once you reach the train, use the key on the train door and enter the train.

 

Home

 

Once you reach the first room, after a short scene you will earn the ‘Underground mansion’ trophy. This first room with the piano inside will be called the main area of the house. So if i say go back to the main area of the house, it means come back here. Once you regain control, go right into the dining area and use the water ammo on the gas canister to stop the flames. Walk through and pick up the sink cap from the sink. Go back to the main area of the house and go through the archway next to the piano. Go through the door all the way to the left of the corridor and enter the bathroom. Use the sink cap in the sink and then use the fire ammo on the water to reveal a code on the mirror. Go back to the main area of the house and enter the code 35281 in the keypad next to the door on the right. Enter the door. Burn the cobwebs and kill all of the spiders and pick up the Battery at the end of the room. Turn around, go left and use the bolt cutters on the gate. Go through the fence and kill the spider and pick up the Golden butterfly on the cabinet. Turn right at the fence and go to the next room, kill another spider and pick up the table lamp from behind the bed. Carry this table lamp upstairs to the main area of the house. Go left through the archway. Go through the door in front of you. Turn right and go through the door next to the lion statue. Place the lamp on the bedside cabinet. This will make the lion statue rotate. The code for the lion statue is on the wall in the room you just placed the table lamp in. Half of the code is on the wall and the other half is on the wooden frame. You have to line it all up. Put this code into the lion statue: Diamond - Club - Club - Heart - Spade - Spade - Diamond - Club. Now press the arrow at the bottom. A cog will fall off in another room. Go back to the main area of the house and go through the second door on the right. Insert the Golden butterfly into the music box and interact with it. You have to do all of this next sequence pretty fast. Turn the key once, quickly press the button. Quickly turn the key twice and finally quickly press the button again. If done fast enough it will reveal a small lamp. Pick up the small lamp. Go back to the main area of the house, go through the archway on the left and turn right and go through the door on the left. Pick up the cog from the floor in front of you. Now go back out of the room and insert the cog into the door on the left. Kill the creature and freeze the water on the floor. Kill the four spiders behind the fountain and interact with the wooden horse in the far left of the room. The numbers that need to be pressed are 6,5,1,3 and then press the middle button (the code is located in the kids room on the wooden toy box). Once you press the middle button you will receive the Figure with Stars. Pick it up. Now go back to the area where you picked up the cog. There are three objects you can interact with on the table. From left to right, with the red button being on the right. Insert the figure with stars, the small lamp, the battery and then press the red button. This will reveal some stars on the wall. Pick up the glowing blue star and insert it into the door behind you.

 

Final Boss

 

Enter the next room and there will be a big creature. Start shooting at the creature with fire and he will eventually go down, breaking the pipe in the process. Once he goes down for a few seconds, kill all of the spiders that spawn. Once all spiders are dead, freeze the creatures left hand. This will incapacitate him for a few seconds. You then have to quickly run behind the shelf next to the creatures left hand and interact with it to push it over, killing the monster in the process. This will unlock the ‘Killer’ trophy. Once the creature is dead, it will drop a red antidote next to it’s body (near the red door). Pick this up and drink it. This will earn you the ‘The True’ trophy and the ‘All Done’ trophy. Then go through the red door and watch the cutscene.

 

Congratulations! You have competed the game and achieved the platinum!

For the moment I am stuck in the test area towards the end, this part of the game is completely buggy (as you say in your guide)

 

It's good I passed it, on the other hand now I'm stuck on the big spider in the Home level, I die directly, that's at least 20 times that I redo the level, this game is a big shit!

This doesn't work for me.

I'm pretty sure I'm fast enough (as shown in the video of BadDriver.

I'm not sure what's going wrong here.

 

Edit: I don't know what I did (I backed out from frustration.. and started over, suddenly midspin I couldn't move and it opened... )
