A Few Questions Before I Start

Hello,

Due to the lack of a trophy guide for this, I was wondering whether there are any missable trophies or things I should be mindful of while going through the game? Or is it possible to just play through it and clean up everything I will have left after I finish the story?

Everything can be cleaned up after finishing the story mode. Just be mindful to collect as much nexomons as you go to make the grind a little less at the end of the game.

So they fixed the issue where some nexomons become unavailable after story progression? I remember people saying that at certain points in the story, the "tiers" upgraded and you couldn't get certain mons anymore. That is no longer the case?
