Hello one and all back to Member Interviews! To help us not fall behind the regular schedule, this iteration of SYQ is happening asap ?

 

It's time for the next member interview and the next interviewee is our very own mad, questionably driven and interesting man, @Rick_Sanchez!

You may be asking, who is this person? Well, let's find out. Questions can be submitted starting now until September 26st, 2020. Rick_Sanchez has provided the community a snippet about themselves to help with coming up with questions :)

 

About Me

Hi everyone! The name is Qu1ck57r1k3 but you can call me Quick. I play a boat load of different games sinking hundreds of hours in several games, even thousands of hours in a small few. One of them being Final Fantasy XIV which I currently have a play time of over 4000 hours and in both White Knight Chronicles I and II I had a combined playtime of over 2000 Hours.

 

I've been gaming before I could walk or talk that well. I pretty much had a controller in my hands before I was born. Started out with Nintendo's early systems alongside most of SEGA's systems. Eventually my cousin introduced me to Playstation and Final Fantasy VII, a game that blew my mind at the time.

 

My systems all include the SNES, Genesis, Dreamcast, N64, PS2 (brokenish), PS3, PS4, Wii, Gamecube, Wii-U, Switch,

PSP (currently lost in my closet), Vita, DS and 3DS.

 

I've been trophy hunting almost since they were introduced, starting with Dead Space as my first platinum. There are few genera's of games I won't touch such as battle royal games. I'm a crazy nut that goes for crazy stuff such as Earth Defense Force a(working on the entire series), Mugen Souls, Warhawk, Star Ocean The last hope (work in progress) and Endwar. Sure there are games I know I won't like so I won't bother with them or others where the platinum requires more work to boost online trophies than necessary. I'm down for most single player games.

 

Interview setup 

The setup for all PSNP interviews will be as follows:

  1. After the new interviewee has been revealed, the PSNP community will have 10 days to ask their questions. While the community is coming up with questions, the interviewee has the time to work on the 16 standard questions
  2. After those 10 days, those question along with the standard question will be sent to the interviewee.
  3. The interviewee will have another 7 days to answer as many of the questions as they want.
  4. Once the interviewee has finished answering the question, I will post the whole Interview in a new thread.

 

 

How to be a Interviewee

If anyone wants to be interviewed all they have to do is say they would like to be added on the interview signup thread. After that the member will be added to the list of potential interviewees.

- What do you consider like cheating in trophy hunting ? If you can advise Sony to make new rules around trophies, what would you say them ?

- Would you be positive to let people suppress as many trophy lists as they want ? Would you do this for some games you played ? And if so, what games ?

- How do you choose the next game you want to plat ?

- What is the most silly thing you do for a trophy ?

- What game gave you the worst experience in trophy hunting ?

- At the contrary, what game gave you a totally better experience that you first thought in terms of trophy hunting ?

- How do you manage your backlog ?

- What would you like to be added on psnprofiles?

- Do you dislike Gravity Rush on PSVita ?

- Like me, you will never 100% Uncharted 2 and 3 on ps3. Any thoughts about this ?

Do you ask yourself the question: what am I doing with my life?,  I should be doing other stuff apart from gaming, like going out more, hanging out with friends etc...

I don’t mean to be rude but I have been thinking about this often my self, so it will be good to hear some opinions!
