Menagerie trophy

I have found this list of animal companions you can aquire:

 

Dog - hq - colorado springs
Cat - hq - colorado springs
Chicken - garden of gods
Fox - garden of gods
Rabbit - garden of gods
Mountain goat - gett family homestead
Waste wolf - bizarre
parrot - bizarre
Pig - warrens
Bison - knox ranch (its a quest reward don't know if the trophy need this)
Stag - yuma country -at godfishers camp
Doe - yuma country at godfishers camp
Honey badger - massacre site
Growler cub - aspen
Razorback - can be found at Department of Energy Site - ( synth head hunter quest)

 

I have completed the game twice now and recruited all of those animals and I also got major tomcat, poultron, billie and jean and still no trophy.

Is this list missing some of the animals or maybe you need to tame all of them with a single character.

Any tips?

Not sure if needed but did you also get the billy and jean (two headed goat) and the cyber chicken? 
 

I got all the animals you mention above plus the two I indicate above and the trophy popped for me at the bison.

Got it yesterday as far as I know you have to tame a normal goat aside Billy and Jean

I tamed all animals from that list including normal cat and goat and also tomcat, poultron, billie and jean and still nothing.

You tamed them all in the same playthrough right?

 

I know for sure it doesn't have to be with the same character but maybe that named cat in Garden of Gods is needed too.

Yes, all of them in the same playthrough, I forgot to mention that cat, but got him too.
