Does diffculty Trophies -UltraNightmare- Stack with Iron Man

As title says. Im a bit Confused. Because some guides and sites says that all three stack and some say that only Nightmare and UltraNightmare stack.

 

If all three stack, ill do Ironman then? if not , then it really does not matter. Just hoping to save a playthrough if they do.

ironmode isn’t a difficulty, but a mode. So yea ofcourse you can play that on any difficulty and get those trophies too. So it is a stack but isn’t a difficulty stack by any means 

 

Did you manage to do it on Ultra nightmare by the way? Because that’s just madness
