VanHyperCure
So I picked up the game 3 days ago that it would be a fun and easy platinum, contrary to other ones. Still, 3 days later I find myself dying in the second area where you have harder enemies and I have to constantly grind Aether to upgrade my abilities. Any tips to platinum to quicker as I want to move on to other games. Thanks in advance for any help.
Popular Post TheArcadeKid
Only focus on the teleportation upgrades, until you've maxed it out. Then you should focus on the upgrade that increases your chance for epic perks, for at least three levels. After that, go ahead and get the "start with a free random perk" upgrade. I was expecting a grind myself, based on what other users had to say. But apart from one level on the third difficulty (the cemetery with all the spiders - they could kill me within three hits, for some reason), I didn't have to do much grinding at all. Just focus on the most useful upgrades, and you should be fine. General gameplay tips: move through each level in a circle, where possible. You can teleport over gaps/crevices, and enemies can't - use this to your advantage. If you keep getting bad weapons in the first few waves, prioritise collecting mech parts - the additional kills will boost your level, which will then spawn better weapons. And don't forget that the more enemies you kill, the closer you get to a damage bonus against them.

Helyx
Grinding the daily events for upgrades after platinum is fun too. Can't wait for the upcoming co-op game Tesla Force!
papert0wng1rl
Really struggling in Dagon City on Eldritch plane. Too small of a level with a huge number of overpowered enemies. I find myself cornered a lot. Sigh. Someday I'll beat it.

cobaltTangerine
A crystal grind that I prefer are the daily challenges. You can manually change your system clock and the game will keep track of 6 days worth of challenges. Finish a challenge or two and move the days forward. I've gone through 60 days thus far in about 2 hours and I find it much more enjoyable than the First Showdown level grind. The Showdown grind is quicker, but the challenges are more engaging. Plus, raising the damage you do to specific enemies after a certain number of kills always helps. So another option for the Aether grind that might be more fun.
