If you don't want to play them, it's fine. But bitching about it about how "the devs failed" at something and not being able to get the 100%, the only one who failed is you. Cheers. Who said anything about 'not being able to'? I said they weren't fun, which is true. Cheers.

So this is not true. Quote "There are a lot of different minigames in the Yakuza series" This is a fact. Cheers. yellowwindow7
this is why i'm not interested in working to Plat a Yakuza game at all, I only play them for the fun and only get the trophies that is not related to any mini game, Especially the Japanese Board Games and Casino-Related BS. FearElemental
I completely disagree, with the exception of the cat fights (better off doing Gwent for that one, but I also find Gwent fun). However, I can agree that some of them can be frustratingly difficult. For me, I find victory sweeter when I overcome such a challenge. I also understand the need to vent (I’m guilty in making a few Yakuza rant posts myself actually). There’s not much advice I can offer you to make it bearable. All I can offer you is encouragement to persevere and keep going. It’ll be worth it to see the platinum pop. 48 minutes ago, yellowwindow7 said: this is why i'm not interested in working to Plat a Yakuza game at all, I only play them for the fun and only get the trophies that is not related to any mini game, Especially the Japanese Board Games and Casino-Related BS. Most of the Yakuza games have “cheat” accessories that allow to win a certain amount of times. I’d give an example, but Zero is unfortunately an exception in that regard. I don't know what the saddest part about this is. It's either the fact that you made little parts of your message blue because you think that it makes you look smarter or the fact you think that this tedious literalism is actually an intelligent point... please find somewhere else to spout this boring nonsense. If I wanted statements of fact, I'd read a textbook, not an internet forum. Cheers. 17 hours ago, yellowwindow7 said: this is why i'm not interested in working to Plat a Yakuza game at all, I only play them for the fun and only get the trophies that is not related to any mini game, Especially the Japanese Board Games and Casino-Related BS. Absolutely don't blame you, the only reason I'm still going is because I'm already about 90 hours deep and quitting at this point seems like a waste 16 hours ago, FearElemental said: I completely disagree, with the exception of the cat fights (better off doing Gwent for that one, but I also find Gwent fun). Okay since some of you are struggling, this is how you disagree with somebody and not sound like a prick. I appreciate this response

If you are having trouble with some minigames, give it a rest and come back another day. It really helps to ease your mind. If you don't, you end up bitching about games on internet and that.... is really sad. Edited October 17, 2020 by Katt

Just a tip though, if you go on to Internet forums where people share opinions, don't be surprised if you run into people with opinions. Taking time out of your life to smugly condescend to people who are clearly just looking to vent... is really sad. JEDLander
Jesus, I thought the other minigames were bad. Catfighting is the single worst minigame I have ever encountered. That isn't hyperbole. It's utter garbage. The piece of shit game wastes about 10 minutes of your life and then says 'oh yeah btw you lose'. You just broke the x-button on your controller and now your opponent, in the final, is going to get that second-chance horseshit, and beat you at RNG, and the game gives them a rainbow attack. 100% luck-based, tedious bullshit. I'm not usually one to say that a game is 'unfair', but when you literally do everything possible to win, and then the game forces you to lose, there's only one applicable word for that. Objective failure.
