Does anybody know where I can find a list of trophies that require you to play on different days of the year.

I know Saw 2 and Singstar gives you trophies for playing on specific days but it would be nice to keep a list for reference.

There’s Hatsune Miku for Birthday events, Batman: Arkham City for Calendar Man, Crysis 2 for playing 6 months after your first online match, PlayStation Home for playing for 50 different days, and Jetpack Joyride Deluxe for 50 days straight for a S.A.M. Event (takes 5 - 10 minutes)

Theres also Smart As for 100 Days, but you can change that manually via the Vita settings. I don’t know how I could forget about LBP2 where you have to play every day in a week (not same week) and at different times, too.

I am looking more for playing on specific days of the year.

I tend to be a purest and prefer not to mess with my date settings.

Well, the Birthday events are there for ya in Hatsune Miku. This applies to F, F 2nd, and X. You could always just give them a cake, but playing on their birthday will have the same result. This applies for the Event Collector trophies in each iteration.

There’s also this. And this.

Wow. I didn’t know there were any trophies that required you to play on certain days, let alone so many of them.

I wonder, can you abuse the time/date function on your console to pop these?

The only "date-based" trophy I knew of was the Calendar man related one from Arkham City. For that trophy, you're able to switch your consoles date settings.

The Birthday events can be triggered regardless of the date in Project DIVA X for Event Organizer.
You only need to do this on the correct day in the F duology.

I think For Honor?

You're right, For Honor! requires you to participate in a Season and come back to see the results at the start of the next Season which is why you can't adjust your console time since season content is released server-side, not client-side.
