I think you meant to put this in Shadow of Mordor, not Shadow of War which is the sequel.

I know the servers are only shutting down for Shadow of Mordor, but are there any trophies in Shadow of War that require you to use the transfer system for nemeses from Shadow of Mordor to Shadow of War that would become unattainable because of this shutdown?

Can anyone answer this? Since it's the sequel I don't think it will be affected, but I just wanna make sure because I still have to do the Captain Rank trophy and the 1 online trophy in the DLC and I wanna know if I should rush to finish this game or not.

No, Shadow of War won't be affected, but the Servers themselves are really unstable at this point. that's not a big problem but it's still annoying.
