Cannot access Traversal Challenge ?

I have beaten the first combo challenge and wanted to do the next challenge on the map which was the Traversal challenge in the north of the map. But everytime I go to the terminal I don't get a button prompt to access it. Is this a bug ? Or will the Traversal challenges be accessible only later in the story ?

I think you might be in a mission. It won't let you access those challenges while you're already in an active mission
