Platinum error?

I played through the new game plus on Miles Morales and the platinum popped in the corner before the last trophy so when the New Game plus trophy popped I hit the PlayStation button. I looked in my capture gallery and it shows the video for the platinum popping but my trophy data is showing that it didn't? 

 

Edit: Also I have restarted the console since then to no luck

Do you have a save just before you completed new game +? According to your list that  trophy didn't pop
If you have a save just complete it again and maybe it will unlock the right way

I did see it pop and I have the the trophy popping in video thanks to the new video recording that happens when you pop a trophy

Reloading a previous save and beating it again worked BUT didn't show another pop up so I guess be careful?

Was yours on Ps4 or Ps5? I've seen similar threads regarding the Ps5 version.

Playstation 5 version! I just had to replay the last mission again and it triggered the unlock on my profile with the correct times, it happened to a friend in my discord as well.

having this problem with "A New Home" trophy. I have completed the game and just finished the memory lane quest. And yet the trophy for finishing all area isn't popping :/

 

edit: so redid it and still nothing. But i started new game plus and got the last suit i needed which gave me that trophy and when i check "A New Home" popped as well so weird :/

Just happened to me as you can see on my profile. Finished NG+ and got both trophies but the platinum vanished and now I'm sitting at 49/50 trophies.

I'll try to do the last mission again.

AFAIK this is a PS5 bug rather than anything game-specific. Options -> Sync with PlayStation Network on your trophy list should fix things.

Tried of course and it didn't fix it.

Now I started the PS4 version and got some trophies and the PS5 platinum looks ok on my console now.

Still not on psnprofiles

I did the plat, even got the screenshot and video to prove it, and the game is still stuck at 97% on my PSN, lol what a joke of console.

Anyone know a workaround for this bug? Platinum popped before the Plus Plus trophy and now I‘m stuck at 98% ... ;(

 

Unfortunately I don’t have a manual save file during the end game and syncing didn’t help either.

Same happened for me now. Was the PS4 version on the PS5. 

Watched the trophy in the corner, but it is still unearned in my trophies.
