The trophy guide that is featured contains some outdated info, stating for instance that you need Annette at level 17 for the triple enhancer buff. However, in recent patches all the unlock levels have been drastically reduced, and I believe this only requires level 6 now. It's that way for all trophies which require a certain rank.
