Did you get Mission 214 and 500? I think these are the two hardest trophies in the game since they require about a month of straight playing. I don't have time for that and I want that Platinum
danielc655
I struggle to play GH3 on Medium sometimes. So no way in hell could I get 100% in any expert song. Edited May 20, 2014 by danielc655

I don't have time for that and I want that Platinum Hard in my opinion is skill related. Those two aren't the 'hardest' but the grindiest, I've heard it's a long grind even if you exploit your save file to repeat the first 20 or so easy missions. TheGaboefects
well not quite, guitar hero platinums can be difficult but it all comes to a process of trial and error. that comes from a guy that tried over 1000 times through the fire and flames to get it to 100%. real shame there is no trophy list for guitar hero 3. now, there is a difference between a time consuming platinum and a hard one, time consuming is the many things through the game you have to do to unlock the majority trophies, but the ones that are difficult tends to be very fast to complete if you have the raw skills for it. i think dj hero 1 and 2 are definitely more challeging
PlutiaCPU
from the games I have I would say 3 1-Dead Space 2 & 3 2-Max Payne
Mog
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5OnZOC0Ts6o Oh my GOSH! At 1st i didn't realize he was using his legs, but then near the end when the music reached its climax? Whoa! I used to play Guitar Hero a lot on PS2, but i was awful at it, really, really bad. I remember when the guitar controller came out and a friend of mine bought it so i gave it a try (what a fool), i was absolutely horrendous at it, that's when i "quit" playing these type of games. At that time the drum thingy wasn't even a thing, i can't imagine how hard it must be to play with that drum, i can't even do it properly with the DS controller! Imagine using my legs, lol it'd be a disaster. You sir, are right. This is the hardest plat in the history of ever. But, just like that guy in the video did it, it's not impossible. I think it all comes down to the player, i can't see myself getting that but i know there are some people who are really dedicated to those Guitar Hero games so if they tried it they'd get with ease. Those try hards. PS: Why is the game called "Guitar Hero Hits" on PSNP but on the forums i see it as "Guitar Hero: Smash Hits"? grimydawg___
PS: Why is the game called "Guitar Hero Hits" on PSNP but on the forums i see it as "Guitar Hero: Smash Hits"? Hits it's what it's called in EU, but it's Smash Hits in NA. That song is pretty difficulty to 100%, but I got the 5* my first try years ago. It's certainly challenging.
TheGaboefects
Meh, i'm pretty good with the drum set, this song looks quite hard but with a bit of practice i think i could do it. Too bad i don't have the game though. now talking about hero games i have, i think guitar hero 3 legends of rock is definitely the hardest to beat on expert difficulty, im sad it does not have a trophy list :/ but from the hero games i do have, the hardest platinum should go to DJ HERO 1 AND 2 i'm trying to get my final trophy " super streak " on dj hero 2 but it seems impossible, more than 300 tries and still don't get it! Nitro
Anyone that says otherwise is wrong. I can safely say I'll never plat this, even with all the time I have put into Guitar Hero (700+ Hours), this will never be platted by me. It's not a 0.27% rare plat for nothing! Here's why: I think the hardest would be Raiden IV: Overkill, or Persona 4 Arena Edited April 14, 2016 by Nitro
willmill97
I think the hardest would be Raiden IV: Overkill is the hardest, or Persona 4 Arena I'd have to agree with Raiden, although since I made this thread, i think Cloudberry Kingdom (no plat) is hardest to 100%

However, I'm pretty good at rhythm games, and Smash Hits is still a bear. That being said, I still think that Green Day: Rock Band is harder, because tre's drum trophy is just ridiculous. To me, Smash Hits is harder because you had to play the hardest sections of songs perfectly on expert. The only challenges that were harder on Green Day were the last two. SlimSanta94
I've gotten platinum on both Green Day & Guitar Hero Hits and I can safely say Hits was a million times more frustrating.. I've played drums for 12 years and can play raining blood on a real drum kit and even I struggled with bloody feet lol. The main problem with bloody feet is that the notes can be quite picky with double bass. Tre's greatest hits on the other hand was pretty easy, once you play emenius sleepus over and over and memorise the drum pattern it becomes very doable.
