Speaking of Tim Curry Pennywise the Dancing Clown from Stephen King's IT (the movie, I never read it.) I realize the question was "favorite villain" not "favorite villains" but screw it. Mainly because his motives are very humane and despite his goal of destroying the world by stopping its time, he seems like a very normal and even warm guy at times. And he's of course very awesome and cool, no one can say otherwise. Haytham Kenway from Assassin's Creed III is also one of my very favorites. Haytham isn't all bad either, and he definitely cared of his son, even though they were on different sides. His speech to Connor as he dies is nice. To the end he stayed true to his Order, but he also admits that he's somewhat proud of his only son. Also in the book Forsaken I loved how Haytham comes to Connor's execution and actually saves him without no one knowing!
