Do I have to 5 star the dlc cases to get the Platinum?

I’m a bit confused about this. No answers anywhere, plus I got a 3 star rating on one of the dlc cases, and I really don’t want to backtrack..but if I must. So, if I may ask. Is it required to 5 star dlc cases or just main story stuff?

Got the plat on PS3 without the DLC cases. Cleaned them up later on.

I'm not sure about PS4 though.

If the trophies are included as DLC trophies, like on the PS3 version, then you dont need to.

Update: Turns out, yep. You gotta get 5 stars on the dlc cases in the PS4 version to get the Shamus To The Stars trophy. Rather annoying to know, but thank god I did this. Now I can worry about..oh right, the long grind to get everything in the free roam areas ? OOF

can "a different kind of war" be 5 stared? i finished the game, hit resume, and it put me right before the car chase bit. in my stats it say 26/26 missions done

this is the only case in the game that does not have a case summary meaning you can be as reckless as you want because you can’t receive any stars on this case

 

yes, i recently 100% the game and this was a requirement since it was built in and not dlc, however they kept the original trophy list so all dlc trophies are separated

The PS3 version you don’t have to do the DLC but I’m pretty sure the PS4 version you have to because it comes with the game, I’m on the last mission where I got the trophy on the PS3 version (Polite Invitation) so will update this forum post once I’m done this level! 
 

Edit: Yes you have to do the DLC for the five star trophy, but the DLC’s are easier to five star.
