Redlinesi10 Posted July 6, 2021 Share Posted July 6, 2021 Yes. In the beginning of the game you will see several scenarios that will give small bumps to this, but at the cost of reputation. Accept all joint missions, and build a conference center, select diplomacy from the left tab and select a joint mission. There will be a point where certain agencies will give you parts that add an additional bump to forming an alliance. Stick to joint missions on earth/venus/moon as these will finish much quicker.
