Unlocking different region games on vita

I've had a look through the forums but can't seem to find what I am looking for so apologies if this has been answered a number of times already but here goes.

 

So I have some alt region games on my PS4 (inkspolsion/ Jack n Jill ect ect) just to play for fun. Now I want to know if I popped the vita version would that be an action on my part that could result in a ban. I spoke to friend of mine today who said it could be but I have seen many accounts multi stack the very same games so just wanted a bit of clarification before doing so.

No, as of right now having other region Vita games themselves will not result in a ban, but:

Use at your own risk. If the sync trick goes wrong and you get implausible timestamps, you will be flagged. This has happened many, many times in the disputes.
