Is it possible to achieve 100% game progress? (PS5)

First of all this is not trophy related but as a completionist its been bothereing for a while. As you can see in the screenshot mine is stuck on 66% and I already earned the platinum trophy for the game.

 

From what I know the game progress on PS5 is just for story mode and I already have 100% on all 3 main routes. So I'm wondering if this is glitched for everyone or there is something else is needed for 100%

 

If someone on PS5 have been able to get 100% on the game's page and knows what else is needed it would be really helpful.

Not too sure but does Hard mode and then collecting all the items you can attach to your team count towards this maybe?

I have both HARD and all the items 100%. The only thing I'm missing is having all characters at level 100 but I really doubt that would increase the percentage.
