 Hello PSNcommunity, If you are going for The MWR and you are struggling on Veteran, There Might be a solution. 
 

The Solution

First, Get to The Mission “Blackout” and Switch The Difficulty to Recruit. After That

When you get to the House door to save The Man

Go to options and pick Save and Quit. Then, Go to Mission Select and pick the mission Blackout, Pick Veteran and right after hold the PlayStation Button and hit close Application. Then go Back in The Mission Hit Resume and Finish the mission on Veteran Difficulty and This is so easy to do.
