3 star trophy glitched

I just got the trophy for completing all activities 3 stars and collecting all collectibles. However when that unlocked I didn't get the trophies for completing all drift zones or 3 star rating every activity. My game is 100% and every activity is 3 starred yet those trophies remain locked

 

Edit: After driving around trying to figure something out I passed through a speed trap (that I already had 3 stars in) and both the trophies popped with the Platinum. Including the trophy for completing all drift zones when I passed through a speed trap. No idea why this is glitched but hopefully this might help someone else who also finds this issue
