Playing offline

Has anyone played around with being offline while searching for collectibles? I was missing one or two collectibles in all biomes except 4. But tonight, the game was having trouble going online for some reason, and the first door I walked into in biome 5 had both collectibles I was missing there. It was probably pure coincidence, but just curious if anyone else had this experience. I might try a few runs through biomes 1-3 tomorrow night while offline.

 

As you can probably tell, I’m getting desperate haha.
