Heavy disc upgrade glitch??? Can’t upgrade??? NEED HELP!!!! NEED FIX!!!!

Hi guys if anyone or anybody has tron evolution game please I need you help solving the problem when I first boot up the game for the first time I played multiplayer mode first to get all online trophies with a friend and I was at level 12(version 12) and didn’t upgrade anything and then I played story mode to level up and getting some upgrades and then I realized I can’t upgrade heavy disc and then I thought maybe I need progress through story to unlock it and I played the story mode from the beginning to end with no heavy disc upgrade I have other disc upgrade abilities except this one the heavy disc upgrade and i asked myself what the hell is going here is this a glitch or something there’s got to be a way to solve the issue if this happened to you please reply to me if there is another way to solving the problem of this heavy disc upgrade glitch because it says you need to reach level 2 (version 2) and I’m level 25 (version 25) and I CANNOT upgrade it for some reason
