Can all weapons be gained on easy?

I know that you need to SA every mission to gain the weapons, so I'd like to know if all weapons can be got on the easiest difficulty or just professional

Yes. In fact, it's strongly recommended to, since you need to SA every mission to unlock all the weapons, and that would be very hard on professional difficulty. Play through on normal difficulty with full Silent Assassin ratings, then finish unlocking all the weapons through chapter select. Then do a new playthtough on Professional, get your 5 SA ratings throughout the game and then finish the game to get your last difficulty related trophies. Hope that helps!

What I recommend to get all the weapons easily is to play it in normal mode, there you can save your progress up to 7 times without having to restart the mission again.
