Under special circumstances, is there any chance that the gold "THE CHOSEN ONE" trophy won't unlock along with the last one?

there is a trophy referring to completing all 3 games, but my ps3 got corrupted recently and i had already completed mk1 and won the trophy, now i completed mk2. for the gold trophy, do I need to have completed all three in the same save file?
