Master Crafter - not glitchy

Once you've maxed out all 4 bars of a weapon's stats, this trophy will pop; there are reports of it being buggy and not unlocking even after all the bars are filled, but apparently this can be remedied by transmuting a few more weapon sets into it. Not ideal, but better than being forced to start all over - if you want to save more time, consider uploading your save data of the game to the cloud storage before performing the final transmutation(s), just in case.

 

It's just a clarification, that this is not actually a bug. A perfect weapon is at lv. 60, and even all green bars won't guarantee us this lv. When I maxed out the last bar my weapon was at lv. 54 and the trophy still didn't come out. It did exactly when it hit lv. 60 by adding the first easiest bar.
