Need some assistance with Lucky Animals

Hi everyone

 

I have managed to find every single Lucky Animal in Volume 1 bar Kudan now before everyone starts spamming the below area I know that the following has been recommended:

 

Disputing Blazing Dark Tree

 

However I cannot find ANY information on how to get Dark Tree area word, can anyone assist or advise with this please? There are some forums that I have found but all they do is keep mentioning the Dark Tree word, I wish to move on with the game to volume 2 but cannot do this until I have completed this task, please help if you can.

And just to make sure you could find Kudan there I just booted up my game to test it and found him in the first minute after joining the area.
