Fit as a Fiddle / Ironheart

I tried to get both Fit as a Fiddle and Ironheart in the same run since there aren’t enough inhibitors to level both of them up in one play-through.
 

Saved up 83 inhibitors, maxed out stamina, and Ironheart popped. I immediately closed the game and loaded my last save. Then I leveled up health for Fit as a Fiddle, but it didn’t pop. I ended up having to close the game, reboot the PS5, then load my save again. I did not use my inhibitors right away. I played a side mission and then halfway through a main story mission, I tried leveling up health again, and it popped.

 

I wanted to share in case someone was having a similar issue.
