Plymouth Superbird Zero Downforce

Hello all. The Plymouth Superbird came around in the legendary shop and I picked it up. It’s one of my favorite cars of all time. There seems to be a glitch with the way the car handles. I knew it was a powerful RWD, but it feels like I’m driving on buttered ice. When I look at the settings sheet, the downforce option is locked at “0” for both the front and the back. It makes it impossible to actually drive the car since you can’t full throttle at nearly any point. Even the Fiat 500 F ‘68 has a rear downforce setting. Am I doing something wrong or is it a bug? If I’m doing something wrong, I would like help on how to fix it. Thank you.

P.S. Biggest wing on a car and it has 0 downforce haha.
