Over qualified trophy

Hi folks. I almost got this trophy will all outstanding until he walked into work, then his mood dropped. My sim is now level 10 in law enforcement. Every other aspect is outstanding except for report writing. I keep writing reports but am no where near how many I need to be at the outstanding level. I have looked on the internet and cannot find out how many reports I have to complete or if it is even possible at level 10. 

 

Any suggestions? Thanks. 

 

Got it finally! I gave up trying for this trophy on the sim mentioned above. I had a sim that was good at fishing and gardening and used her with the scientist job. This one needs fishing, gardening, and handiness at 10 with mood as the only area that could possibly let you down. I got the mood level high enough by going to the spa on Sunday (7 day moodlet), first kiss, good food, bathed, and super satisfied (upgraded). I may have gone overboard for mood, but did not want to fail this one again.
