The Final Station is a side scrolling 2D pixel shooter set in a post-apocalyptic world in which the goal is to rescue survivors from each level in order to deliver them to safe houses located at train stations along the route.

The issue is that your survivors can die while on route to the station, this means that all 4 of the trophies that require a number of survivors at a certain point are missable trophies, to avoid missing these trophies I would advise trying not to take any damage yourself and collecting everything possible along the way, you will need food and Med-Kits in order to heal and feed your survivors.
