For anyone wondering about the missable UFO trophy/event

This event can be triggered right after the events at the ruins of memory wth the teardrop crystal. After you finish this dungeon, you can return to laxisland, talk to everyone there and the telepath towers will start showing on the world map.

 

I personally spent a few hours worrying about advancing the story because Roswell mentions the 'visitors' but I couldn't get the towers to start showing.

 

Just thought I'd make a post about this in case anyone else is having trouble.

I just got access to Laxisland. So, I can start this side quest now?

This was what I did to unlock the Telepath Towers.

 

1. As soon as I obtained the Grappling Hook, I read the book on UFOs in the upper part of the library in Ark of Destiny. It was the second bookshelf from the left.

2. As soon as I visited Laxisland for the first time, before obtaining Lombardia, I spoke to Roswell, and he had one inquiry for me to press square on. (not sure if this is needed)

3. As soon as I finished The Dissection Facility, before the Ruins of Memory, I flew back to Laxisland, and Roswell had numerous inquiries for me, after which he gave me the location of the first Telepath Tower.
