Based on the trophy image I'm guessing you have to produce a wine with a chocolate flavor. I've tried all kinds of production options and got a lot of different flavors, but no chocolate. Haven't found anything about it online, so if anyone knows I'd be very grateful ? Edit: i got the trophy by bottle aging a red wine. The bottle aging option is very much hidden, but it's on the first tab of the menu when you see an overview of your wines in stock. If you have unlocked the bottle aging you'll find an option for it in the details of your wine. There are some UI glitches with this production step so you might need to fumble around a bit to get the cursor to where you need to be. If the confirm button doesn't work, try using triangle to confirm instead. Took me a while to figure out how to get around these UI bugs ?
