Few glitches on NA version played on European ps5

There’s a really rad guide already on here, I think it wise to play your first ending without collecting any moral points at all just to ensure that

the girl stabs you at the end,

if you miss it it’s a total wipe of all game data and this version played on a European ps5 is glitchy for sure, the worst is the freezing of the knife and axe, both are needed for story progression at least 4 points come to mind, the farm took me 2 and a half hours to get through, the knife would work sometimes but then when you first pick up the axe it just froze!! You have to reload when they freeze “annoying” but at least you can get them to work I suppose.
