There are a total of 8 Cub Skills that you can get in Endling Extinction is Forever.

 

Timeline
0:00 - Jump Skill: Story Related (Night 4)
0:16 - Dig Skill: Becomes available at (Night 9), go down to the sewers
1:24 - Squeeze Through Skill: Becomes available at (Night 10)
2:34 - Climb Skill: After you find your 2nd lair, wait 1-2 days (Night 15) Escape the scavenger by climbing the tree.
3:48 - Hunt Skill: Access to the map becomes available that night (Night 16)
4:45 - High Jump Skill: (Night 16) Access to the map becomes available that night, go back to the lair to save skill (Given to you once you jump up)
5:35 - Dangle Skill: (Night 22) Skills required for Dangle (High Jump / Climb)
7:08 - Deactivate Traps Skill: (Night 25) The scavenger will be facing the other direction. Wake into the trap and have your cubs free you.
