Pennies on the dollar?

This should be an easy trophy but somehow after I set my idol salary to 1 per week it still not pop. I wait 1 in game month and it still nothing.

 

Am I missing something? A few step maybe? I see that someone already got it so it's doable.

Ok. For those who want the trophy but fon't know what go do and found this.

 

For me, i pay an idol 1 yen / week since I hire them but it not pop. So i keep playing until their happiness with salary reach 0% and still nothing. At tgat moment I just click rise their salary and somehow it pop.

 

So my guess is give an idol 1000 yen / week until she unhappy about it.
