How to get the Real Magnate Estate trophy?

I tried a lot of methods but none seems to work, in YT comments some people say I have to play with two controllers: one to buy properties and with the other pad steal them, or also to buy and upgrade the whole map, like I did a lot of times but it never pops, also in this description: https://www.trueachievements.com/a347126/real-estate-magnate-achievement it says as solution the one that should give you the Ripped Off trophy instead, any solutions?

 

Edit: Got it after 1 day of attempts, how I did:

Player/Pad 1 buys 5 properties

Player/Pad 2 steal 5 properties with the UFO Bonus ? (otherwise the game will give you another type of medal)

Repeat until you get the trophy

Do you need to upgrade the properties or leave them at base level? And does it matter which properties?

Just buy and steal with 2nd player, it's really really rng so repeat this thing is the only way

 

I got it without upgrading or buying specific buildings
