There is just different cases, but the game disc is the same (I have both discs + 569/P). 569/S is Collector's edition: bundle of Game disc + Apex book. And code for PSN store to add GT5 theme for PS3 and about 6 bonus cars to GT5 garage. 569/A is Academy version. The usual GT5 but with two codes for PSN store. One code is access to Gran Turismo Academy, and second code is for all DLCs in GT5 game. All codes have expiry date (the last possible code expired in 2015 as I know). And all the stuff from codes has been removed from PSN store when Polyphony closed online servers for GT5.
