Unable to claim packs

Trying to plat this game before the shutdown and working through the FUT mode. Just won a tournament and got some coins (no problem with those) as well as a pack.

 

The pack is the issue as it seems I can't claim it. Keep getting a message that the store is not available. Tried googling but unable to find anything about whether the store has shut down.

 

Anyone got any insights or work arounds? Getting the coins for draft are going to be a real pain without the option of earning and selling players etc.
